At Bari Sports Gear, every custom order goes through a structured manufacturing process designed to maintain quality, consistency, and accurate production. From design approval to final shipment, our team carefully manages every stage of your order.
Design & Product Development
We start by reviewing your design, product specifications, measurements, materials, colors, branding, and customization requirements. Our team prepares digital mockups and production-ready files for approval.
Material & Fabric Selection
We select suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, and materials according to the product type and your requirements. Fabric weight, stretch, durability, comfort, and intended use are considered before production.
Pattern Making & Cutting
Once the design is approved, our technical team prepares or adjusts the patterns according to the required sizes and fit. The fabric is then accurately cut using the approved patterns.
Printing & Branding
Depending on your product requirements, we apply the selected branding method, including sublimation printing, screen printing, DTF printing, embroidery, woven patches, or debossing.
Sewing & Assembly
Our skilled production team assembles the garments and equipment using appropriate industrial sewing techniques. Reinforced stitching and suitable construction methods are used in high-stress areas.
Quality Control
Each product goes through quality checks during and after manufacturing. We inspect stitching, printing, measurements, branding, finishing, and overall construction to ensure the order meets the approved specifications.
Finishing & Packing
After final inspection, products are trimmed, cleaned, folded, tagged, and packed according to your requirements. Custom labels, packaging, and branding can also be included for private-label orders.
Final Inspection & Shipment
Before dispatch, the completed order receives a final inspection. Once everything is approved, we arrange shipping through the selected delivery method and provide the necessary shipment details.
