Welcome to Bari Sports Gear. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our custom manufacturing, OEM, ODM, private-label, and wholesale services.
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, approving a sample, or make products from Bari Sports Gear, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Bari Sports Gear
Bari Sports Gear is a custom sportswear and combat-gear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan.
We manufacture products including BJJ Gis, BJJ Rashguards, MMA Shorts, BJJ Belts, Boxing Gloves, MMA Gloves, Muay Thai Shorts, Compression Pants, Muay Thai Bras, and other custom sportswear and combat products.
Our services may include custom manufacturing, OEM, ODM, private label, white label, custom packaging, custom labels and tags, and wholesale production.
2. Custom Products
Most products manufactured by Bari Sports Gear are made according to customer specifications.
Customers may provide or approve:
- Product designs
- Logos and artwork
- Colors and color references
- Fabric and material specifications
- Sizes and measurements
- Labels and tags
- Packaging requirements
- Tech packs and patterns
- Printing and embroidery requirements
- Other product specifications
Because products are customized, the final product may have minor variations in color, measurements, texture, or appearance that can naturally occur during manufacturing.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are based on the product specifications, quantities, materials, customization requirements, and shipping arrangements discussed with the customer.
A quotation may include:
- Product manufacturing cost
- Sample cost
- Shipping cost
- Packaging cost
- Additional customization charges
- Other agreed costs
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation does not automatically include customs duties, import taxes, or destination-country charges.
Quotations may be subject to change if the customer changes product specifications, quantities, materials, artwork, packaging, or shipping requirements after the quotation has been issued.
4. Minimum Order Quantities
Our standard minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per design.
The 30-piece MOQ applies to each individual design. Different designs may be combined in an order, but each design must meet the applicable minimum quantity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For certain products, materials, customizations, or special manufacturing requirements, a different MOQ may apply. Any applicable MOQ will be confirmed in the quotation before production begins.
5. Samples and Prototypes
Customers may request samples or prototypes before placing a bulk order.
Sample costs and production timelines will depend on the product and customization requirements.
A sample is intended to help evaluate the design, materials, sizing, construction, and overall appearance before bulk production.
Once a customer approves a sample or provides final production approval, subsequent production will generally follow the approved specifications.
6. Design Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving designs, artwork, measurements, sizes, colors, labels, and other specifications before production begins.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs and delays.
Bari Sports Gear is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-approved artwork, specifications, measurements, or production information.
7. Customer Supplied Designs and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs, patterns, designs, or other intellectual property supplied to Bari Sports Gear.
By submitting such materials, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use them for manufacturing purposes.
The customer remains responsible for any intellectual-property disputes arising from materials supplied by the customer.
Bari Sports Gear does not claim ownership of customer-owned designs, logos, trademarks, or artwork.
8. Confidentiality and NDA
Bari Sports Gear respects the confidentiality of customer designs, business information, product concepts, and manufacturing requirements.
Where a customer requires a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or confidentiality agreement, the parties may enter into such an agreement before sharing or manufacturing confidential materials.
The terms of a signed NDA will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions where applicable.
9. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment structure may be:
50% advance payment and 50% balance before shipment.
For samples, prototypes, small orders, or special projects, different payment arrangements may apply.
Production may not begin until the required advance payment and necessary approvals have been received.
10. Production
Production begins after the required specifications, artwork, approvals, and payment arrangements have been completed.
Production timelines depend on:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Design complexity
- Fabric and material availability
- Customization requirements
- Sample approval
- Packaging requirements
- Seasonal production demand
Estimated production times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
11. Changes and Cancellations
Customers should request any changes before production begins.
Once production, cutting, printing, embroidery, or other manufacturing processes have started, cancellation or modification may not be possible without additional costs.
Any refund or adjustment relating to a cancelled custom order will be considered based on the work already completed, materials purchased, and costs incurred.
Custom products that have been manufactured according to approved specifications may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because the customer changes their mind.
12. Product Quality and Variations
We make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent quality throughout production.
However, minor variations may occur between samples and bulk production due to differences in fabric batches, printing processes, dye lots, manufacturing conditions, or other production factors.
Such normal manufacturing variations do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.
13. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a customer believes that products contain a manufacturing defect or are materially different from the approved specifications, the customer should contact Bari Sports Gear promptly after receiving the order.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Order information
- Photographs or videos
- Quantity affected
- Description of the issue
- Relevant measurements or other evidence
We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
14. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping arrangements, costs, and estimated delivery times will be communicated separately in the quotation or order confirmation.
Bari Sports Gear may use international courier or freight services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other suitable carriers.
Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their orders comply with applicable import regulations in their country.
16. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.
However, product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, availability, and other website information may occasionally change without prior notice.
Website images may represent examples of products, designs, materials, or manufacturing capabilities and may not always represent the exact final product ordered by a customer.
17. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Misuse our trademarks, images, designs, or other intellectual property
- Interfere with the normal operation or security of the website
18. Intellectual Property of Bari Sports Gear
Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, and other original materials belongs to Bari Sports Gear or its respective rights holders.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bari Sports Gear will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our responsibility for a specific order will generally be limited to the terms agreed for that order and the remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. Force Majeure
Bari Sports Gear will not be considered in breach of these Terms & Conditions for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, epidemics, transportation disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, customs delays, power failures, or other unforeseen events.
21. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links or integrations to third-party services, websites, payment providers, shipping companies, social media platforms, or other external services.
Bari Sports Gear is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or policies of third-party services.
